Head of KYC & Business Risk will be accountable for the development of the KYC Business Domain within organization.  What is your role?  KYC is the backbone of our business and the key objective of KYC unit is to perform thorough check on the Customer's credit and social profile to ensure the decision making is done on a fast track. The role requires New age mindset of checking the credit risk exposure and social scraping the customer's data to ensure Business is not at risk and at the same time Customer experience is not affected. The role ensures that KYC profiles are prepared in accordance with new Policies, obtaining required documents from the customer or relationship manager, due diligence checks and ensure appropriate escalation is followed according to Policy.   Project Management:  Overall reorganization of the function  Ensure industrialization of Compliance controls and validation of low and medium risk KYC files without EDD for on-boarding and recertification  Stakeholder coordination especially with Customer Xperience, Product Management, Logistics and Sales teams  Identify and undertake projects to improve the process and application of KYC procedures, as and when required, utilizing new technologies where possible  Prepare and deliver training content identification & KYC  Operational efficiency:  Track all new financial risk management related regulatory requirements (RBI, SEBI etc) and System Implementation for Credit Risk, Credit Risk Analytics, Credit Process Re-engineering etc.  Responsible for the management of resource allocation as well as the quality assurance of tasks carried out by KYC teams, (where applicable)  Establishment of professional and serene relationships with the other Domains and the other Managers of Operational   Parameters:  Policy design and KYC re-engineering  Maintain Group KYC policies, including scoring grids  Accompany KYC policies' deployment in businesses (e.g. advise on translation into business procedures)  Define KPIs for KYC reporting and ensure that KYC team is performing the necessary control checks in accordance with procedures  Co-validate control plan on KYC, Budget and cost control  Ensure timely deliveries of the project tasks, well equipped in change management and influencing people in the right direction  Competencies required:  CA/MBA with 6-8 years of Strong experience in KYC function in large financial institutions and experience with internal and external auditors.   Experience working in Credit risk functions, Credit modelling/Process consulting with a Product Mindset  Talent from Big4, Financial consulting firms with relevant experience are welcome  Strong knowledge of CIB and non-CIB business activities - markets activities and the general financial environment.  Sound knowledge of the international - Know Your Customer- regulatory requirements and landscape.  Detailed knowledge of Governance, Compliance and Risk policies.  Project Management.   Benefits @RentoMojo:  We are disrupting the way financial economics are being handled by the consumers and have big plans to disrupt the industry   Young, fun-filled, super energetic teams with ready-to-go last mile attitude to delight the customers   Fun Unlimited: PS4 for Gaming owls, Table tennis for sports people and Evening snacks for food bowls  Salary : On par with the industry and not to forget we are in the start of growth phase!
