Responsibilities :   - Responsible for overall operations of the city  - Complete P&L and growth of operations  - Setting up Warehouse and Logistics operations.  - Building a strong and agile team of white collars and blue collars.  - KPIs dashboard maintenance and being responsible for the numbers  Criteria :  - Minimum 4 years of Supply chain experience with analytical approach towards solving the problems.  - Must be good with analytical tools like MS Excel etc.  - Experience in setting up operations will be a plus.  - Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement strategic plans for the business  - Extrovert, pleasant personality, go-getter and self-learner  - Ability to build a team, foster a cohesive and creative working environment  - Attention to details with swift execution and multitasking.  - Tamil proficiency is must  Who are we :  - Rentomojo is one of India's fastest growing startups.
