RentoMojo - Category Head - IIM/IIT/NITIE/ISB

Who we are:

Frustrated with the hassles of relocating from one place to the other, and tired of finding that perfect cluster of home essentials that suits our lifestyle, we created Rentomojo, a rental website helping you set up your home at easy and affordable rentals. We aim to be one stop solution for all renting needs. It is a 8 months old start-up founded by IIT alumni and backed by top VCs in India.

Role: Category Head

Responsibilities :

- You will be responsible for P&L account of category

- SKUs management, increasing sales, optimization to reduce costs.

- Inventory planning, demand forecasting based on historic data and guts.

- Maintaining ongoing relationship with our business partners.

- On-boarding of new vendors with focus on quality and cost.

- Use data to analyze performance in your zone and make suitable corrections wherever required to reach efficient outcomes in terms of productivity and meeting set goals.

Prerequisites :

- Graduate from Tier 1 college ( IIT/IIM/NITIE/ISB)

- Prior experience of handling category would be a plus.

- Open to work on field as well as head office environment.

- Prior experience of 3-8 years in e-commerce would be a plus.
