Job Responsibilities: - Undertaking research into the industry sector, markets and competitors,collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and statistics - Compiling and presenting information verbally, visually and in writing - Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, follow up appropriately - Build strong relations and develop them further across CEOs network - Coordination with the all the core management folks with the firm - Assist the consulting team on identifying valuation loopholes and leakages - Assist the team on formulating viable value creation strategy that will help company grow to the next level - Assist partners across different verticals to achieve greater efficiency in every department - Able to envision greater heights for the company Requirements: - Top B school MBA - 1-3 yrs of experience of working in Equity or Investment banking firms - Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn - Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels - Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi task - Ability to think strategically, see the big picture, recognize impact of decisions and pay attention to details - Positive, adaptable and flexible approach to work - Ability to work under pressure, be resilient and meet tight deadlines - Emotional maturity - Display a high level of professionalism and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality - Active interest in current affairs - Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook skills is a must
