Role Description : The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in furniture industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Experience in using CRM tools to track sales performance and customer data

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
