Group Finance Controller Duties include but not limited to : - Ensuring the Group maintains a strong financial control environment - Group MIS reporting to Management & Investors - Group Business Analysis - Consolidation and reporting of budgets and forecasts at group level - Leading and developing the Finance team - Review of the monthly deck for Board reporting - Review of the consolidation of monthly results - Integration of current and future acquisitions - Significant ad hoc project work - Look at qualified CA with relevant work experience in an NBFC/Financial industry. - Must be solution oriented, working knowledge of IND-AS, and confident to present to Board/Investors.
