What does the core role include-
- Apart from helping create world's most respected property management tech firm, the person will
- Be the flag bearer of Reniso's culture and values, and oversee it's bonding with the team
- Build a point of view on the organisation structure of the future, working with the founders, and build a hiring roadmap with priority positions
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment drives using multiple platforms in a streamlined and scalable way
- Create short term and long term plans to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Conduct and Plan company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., annual performance management, salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change).
- Designing and implementing benefits, compliance-related policies and working with the management to ensure its alignment with business need
