Sr. Manager / Chief Manager

With a commitment to providing unparalleled services, we are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Retail Dealer Presales Tie-Up Resource to enhance our presence in the car dealer segment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

- Identify potential retail dealerships in the assigned area.

- Develop strategies to generate leads through market research and networking.

Business Opportunity Presentation:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail dealers.

- Conduct presentations showcasing the benefits and offerings of our insurance products.

- Clearly communicate the value proposition and unique selling points of our services.

Closing the Lead:

- Effectively negotiate terms and conditions with retail dealers to finalize agreements.

- Ensure a smooth transition of leads from presales to the sales team.

Handover to Sales Team:


- Collaborate with the sales team to transfer closed leads seamlessly.

- Provide detailed information about customer requirements and preferences.

- Assist in the onboarding process for new dealerships.

After Sales Servicing Support:

- Work in coordination with the sales team to address any post-sales queries from the retail dealers.

- Facilitate communication between the dealership and the relevant teams within the company.

Professional skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with cross -functional teams, management and clients

- Good communication skills

- Strong orientation towards process and controls

- Strong analytical, process management and implementation skills

- Proficiency in devising strategies to augment business, streamline distribution network for business excellence.

- Responsible for scouting new partners.

- Negotiating grid / specific pay-out zone specific.

- Acquiring new OEM.

- Maintaining relationship with IC.

- Execution of HO strategy at zone levels.

- Driving new products.

- Responsible of completing assigned Top Line Targets.

Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferably in insurance, or broking sector.
