- Onboard on Company's systems / processes; build renewal dashboards and reports from scratch providing performance visibility to the Management
- Gather inputs from key Sales, Renewal and Operations stakeholders on KPIs and Dashboard design
- Run end user training within company for using Analytics suite
- Onboard and ramp up team of renewal analyst and graduates on Company's systems / processes; get them up to speed to start running renewal reports and dashboard independently
- Work closely with Renewal Team and align on key incentives for partners that will feed into governance and accountability framework for partners
- Design Governance framework for internal resources such as PAMs, CAMs, TAMs etc to gauge their renewal performance and gain insights why we are winning or losing renewals as well build dashboard / reports behind to measure on regular basis
- Support Operations leadership in owning GTM planning process that includes Org structure, headcount investment, coverage model, quota setting
- Take on Transformational / Ad hoc projects from time to time; as directed by Operations leadership.
