Senior Manager - Strategy and Operations - Financial modeling and preparation on Investment note - Tracking Business KPIs and organization metrics - Define and monitor business against defined targets and suggest corrective actions - Liaison and work closely with Wind business to make sure above targets are met - Analysis of various business scenarios - Competitive benchmarking - Setting up and managing cross-functional meetings, capturing and tracking minutes - Tracking project execution on an ongoing basis through regular interactions with the business units, site visits and independent verifications with external entities - Identification of gaps, sizing, root cause analysis, action plan for addressing the gaps (in a sustainable manner) - Ownership of cross functional/cross business processes (definition of the process and process owners - selective ownership) - Cost Control Asset performance tracking vs. Investment case - Cash Flow - Project Completion Notes - Periodic status updates including raising red flags as necessary - Experience in wind sector is preferred
