We are looking for a qualified company secretary with post qualification experience of around 3 years with exposure of handling multiple companies.  Secretarial Functions  - Compliance of Companies Act 2013 and other allied laws and procedures  - To maintain Statutory Records and Statutory Registers i.e. Minutes of the Board Meeting and General Meetings, Statutory Registers under Companies Act 2013 and allied laws  - To file e-forms with MCA with respect to necessary Corporate Actions (Items under Section 179 of Companies Act, 2013, Appointment of Director, Allotment of Shares, Annual Return, Balance Sheet & Profit & loss, Appointment of Auditors, etc.)  - Adherence to all procedures under Companies Act, 2013 with respect to various corporate actions, shareholders agreement  - Board, Committee & Shareholders Meetings  - Issue and Pledge of shares in D-mat Form  FEMA Compliance :   - To file required documents with FIPB with respect to downstream investment  - To file required documents with Authorized Dealer with respect to Foreign Direct Investment  - To obtain the Statutory Auditors Certificate with respect to downstream investment compliance  Stamp Act Compliance :   - To file application for payment of stamp duty for issue of shares  - To obtain stamp duty certificate from Collector of Stamps, New Delhi  Salary Offered: 9 - 10 LPA
