ReNew Power - General Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

Job Purpose:

1. Ensuring compliance with all accounting and reporting requirements, prescribed by relevant regulatory bodies at all levels of operations.

2. Reviewing financial statements standalone/consolidated financial statements (IFRS/Ind AS).

3. Monitoring for all reporting to Joint ventures for Jointly controlled entities performance.

4. Responsible for implementation of other accounting and reporting changes

5. Responsible for preparing technical memos on various accounting issues/technical updates/knowledge sharing.

6. Audit handling for closure of audit issues.

7. Managing financial Due diligence for Acquisition/Disposal/New investor.

Profile & Eligible Criteria:

1. CA. 14-18 Years of experience.

2. Industry or consulting experience in renewable energy sector preferred but not mandatory

3. Expert knowledge in IFRS and SAP (including BPC)

4. Proactive and results driven professional

5. Team player with strong interpersonal skills
