Roles and Responsibilities - Market research, conduct meetings and understand the motivation to enter the new market - Assist the management in evaluation of various international markets of interest - Analysis of regulatory, competitive, policy landscape of various new markets - Analyze potential risks and mitigation/managing strategies - Analysis of market entry strategy and business structuring - Assist in putting together a business plan and market entry strategy for a new market - Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders - Prepare management presentations - Originate leads in new markets - Working with local team /development partners in new markets - Coordinating/Project managing responses to RfP's in international markets - Participate in negotiations with counter parties for development partnerships, acquisition opportunities etc. - Work with internal stakeholders like finance, legal, secretarial etc. to put together term sheets for transactions Deliverable - Presentations - Business Plan Preparation - Prepare responses to Request for Proposals (RfPs) for Tenders in international markets - Commercial documents like term sheets, contracts Eligibility Criteria 1. Graduate with MBA from a Tier-I/ Tier-II college 2. 4-6 years of post highest qualification experience in above roles and responsibilities 3. Consulting experience 3. Good communication and presentation skills 4. Proficiency in Presentation and Modeling tools
