Job Description :  - The incumbent will be responsible for leading monthly and yearly closing of books of accounts within stipulated timelines.  - Good exposure to Variance analysis and justification of movements for Overheads, Finance costs and Depreciation.  - Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements with hands on experience in consolidation of financial statements is a must.  - Leading the annual/semi-annual Budgeting and Forecasting exercise, challenging the budgets submitted by departments on the grounds of rationale and validity of assumptions, summarizing the group budgets and presenting to the board in an appropriate format.  - Responsible for preparation and circulation of weekly and monthly MIS on revenue, overheads and cash flows.  - Assisting in implementation of applicable accounting standards as per Ind AS and ensuring that the financial statements are prepared and presented strictly in accordance with the newly notified Indian GAAP.  - Ensuring adherence to the Internal Controls for Financial Reporting (ICFR Compliance).  - Leading the internal, interim, cost and statutory audits and acting as the single point of contact for submissions and resolution of audit queries.  - Reinstatement of foreign currency exposures and accounting of resultant gain/loss.  Job Specification :  - The individual must be a Chartered Accountant with minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience (at least 3 years must be with a large manufacturing, EPC or renewable energy industry).  - He/ She must be in a similar role for at least 2 years.  - Additional certifications in Ind AS/IFRS would be an added advantage.  - Experience of handling a team of 5-6 accounting professionals.  - Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.  - Conversant with the functionality of latest ERPs, experience of SAP environment is a must.  - Fluency in written and verbal communication.
