- Responsible for preparation & e-filing of Income tax returns of multiple SPVs - Responsible for Advance tax, & Deferred tax Calculation on quarterly basis and ensuring payment of the same. - Assistance with the data for all the Income Tax, Transfer Pricing tax assessments and appeals, appeals with the third party Tax Representatives - Ensure timely completion of Tax audits and Transfer pricing reporting for all said entities. - Responsible for all the compliance related to withholding tax provisions; to ensure correct deduction of tax at source, timely payments and filing of quarterly TDS returns - Assisting in coordination of e-filing of Income tax returns, Form 3CEB - Ensuring the correct withholding Tax deduction according to DTAA while making the payment to foreign vendors/inter group companies. - Providing tax related data to business /operations for bids etc. - Advise on tax implication on proposed business transactions
