Renew Power - AM/DM - Hedging/Corporate Finance

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Hedging of Imports, ECB and Bonds etc.

2. Timely rollover or utilization of existing hedges.

3. Ensure RBI/FEMA/SEBI compliances in hedging transactions.

4. Managing Bank relationship and Hedge limits.

5. Accounting, Auditing, and compliance certification about hedge activities.

Profile & Eligible Criteria:

1. Education: Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance.

2. Experience: 3-6 year experience in the same field, (preference will be given to the candidate having similar industry experience)
