Job Title : Manager Treasury

Work Location : Chennai

- The candidate would head the treasury function and shall be instrumental in striking deals at good rates to reduce the cost of funds and also adhere to 100% compliance with global norms and Indian regulations.

Cash Flow Management :

- Raising money by way of Term loans from banks, CPs, NCD, FPI, Equity share capital

- Adhere to compliance and regulations.

Team Management :

- Responsible for front and back office of treasury operations

- Monthly MIS management

- Ensuring the team adheres to all compliances and policies Listing of securities

Management Information System :

- Responsible for preparation of comprehensive treasury MIS, free cash flows

- Reporting to region on treasury operations
