Job Description
Manages and executes internal communications plans that connect management and employees to the Organization overall business Objectives, Key initiatives & focus areas.
Collaborates with all levels of employees and management on internal communications strategies, including identifying and developing methods to communicate effectively to employees in multiple locations.
Develops content for various internal communications channels. Plans and facilitates dialogue with staff through newsletters, magazines, intranet articles, email updates, presentations, announcements, leadership meetings etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
Manages planning, creation and execution of internal communications. Serves as a consultant to all levels of management and work groups to evaluate communications needs, determine strategies, and design effective communications programs and deliverables to meet business goals.
Collaborates with internal clients and colleagues to execute strategic employee communications plans to support Organization strategies, values, themes, and programs across all business areas.
Supports in planning, executing, and delivering key executive meetings such as town hall, Reward & Recognition Ceremony and any other Organization wide programmes. This also includes preparing meeting outlines and presentations, and coordinating activities with Event Management, creation of collaterals etc.,
Oversees scheduling and placement of daily feature articles, images, and videos for employee intranet. Writes content for the employee intranet. Collaborates with intranet team to leverage use of web technology and other social media tools.
Provides management with regular updates on progress, status, and resource management.
Identifying forums where our leadership team can be showcased and thereby increasing the brand value and brand recall.
Liasioning with external parties for all communication related activities or Organization related activities.
