Job Responsibilities:
1. To drive portfolio advisory business momentum with existing brokering partners with deep engagement with product and sales team of B2B partners
2. To deepen engagement with various stakeholders of B2B partners to increase market share and penetration of Renaissance advisory portfolios
3. To be able to communicate effectively about the performance of the portfolios and other salient features like risk measures, alpha creation and drivers of portfolio performance
4. To be able to do webinars and physical events for addressing large gathering of investors and RM's of distributors
5. To forge new alliances and partnerships with national and regional brokers and other partners to drive sales of portfolio advisory business
6. The candidate should have sound understanding of equity markets with strong communication ans team building skills
7. Ability to lead and motivate sales team with strong team building skills.
Requirement:
Minimum 12 -15 years of experience in equity markets with minimum 3 year in team leader role.
