Manager-Finance - Prepare Financial models of Term Loan, Feasibility Report, Detailed Project Reports, and IM's of various Real estate projects for submission to banks (for fund raising) - Prepare Financial models for new project for Management Discussions to enable them to know the feasibility of the project (and take a wise decision) - Coordinate with Bank's Empanelled Valuer for Valuation Report and Legal Firm for Title Report and legal due diligence - Identify & approach various banks & Financial Institutes (FI) - Liaise with banks for getting finance to client with subsidies interest and minimum collateral for various facilities - Plan & execute the process for bank proposals - Prepare & draft the proposals for getting funds from the Banks or FI's - Prepare CMA data /Projection and project report - Ensure the disbursement of funds in a stipulated time frame - Maintain relationships with the officials of Banks & FI's
