Concerned person would be handling below mentioned role :

- Overall Responsibility of HR department

- Create Company Strategic Planning and Organizational Development Plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of Company employees.

- Recommend and maintain an organization structure and staffing levels to accomplish Company goals and objectives.

- Act as a Strategic Partner to all Company Stakeholders, and be the employee sponsor and advocate and change mentor.

- Develop and implement a leadership plan and talent management approach\Assist in Content development

- Compliance Management /Vendor handling expert Recruitment Performance appraisal.

- Monthly Reports for C&B and payroll Participated in benchmarking survey Handled Singapore HUB team for flow of HR payroll data / process improvement. Compensation Budget Planning, Merit Increase execution, Corporate Bonus.

- Performance Management System Payroll Management Monitoring HR policies HR Operations Developing HR systems and SOPs Compliance Management Company car Lease policy Induction programmes Benefits Administration Medical Insurance and Group Term life insurance schemes.

- Reviewing HR Policies and practices to ensure they are in compliance with the legal and regulatory framework, drafting various HR Documents, Formats, Agreement, Handbooks and Manuals Designing and facilitating the implementation of the performance appraisal system, managing the performance appraisal cycle, including setting up of objectives, mid-year review and final appraisal and ratings, moderating the outcomes and giving feedback to staff, designing and implementing Employee benefits & retention systems, analyze exit interviews

- Reviewing & benchmarking staff pay packages and allowances, processing salary, taxation and staff welfare budgets Conducting training needs analysis, preparing the training plan and training calendar, coordinating training workshops (Functional & Behavioral)

- Liaising with the Legal Advisor for statutory and legal issues relating to employment terms and conditions of staff, keeping management updated with the latest statutory requirements, relating to the employment of staff
