Key Responsibilities :

- To Develop and implement Business Development activities for acquisition of multiple channels including :

a) Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies, Co-operative Banks,

b) Micro Financial Institutions, Housing Finance Companies,

c) Other prospective Corporate Agents,

d) Broking, eCommerce or any prospective new emerging channels

- Identification, Solicitation, Prospecting and Securing New Business relationships in the Domain of Business Development for above stated channels requires a know how of the current marketplace

- Solution selling to prospective partners, Mindset to keenly observe potential business opportunities across markets through network of colleagues, relationships and research. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners and teams within the organization; discovering and exploring opportunities requires display of application and creativity in building compelling Value proposition

- Engaging across hierarchies within the prospective organization requires effective relationship management skills

- Preparation of business proposals, responses to RFPs/ RFQs and necessary documentation for all initiatives by coordinating within the organization. In addition to the same, the candidate is required to keep records for all documentation. Candidate should be highly organized and have coordination skills

- Capable of thorough secondary and primary research including in-depth knowledge gathering and analysis of potential partner activities and strategic information

- Insurance business information, potential mapping, business planning

- Channel information, product information

Skills and Qualifications :

Education : MBA

Technical skills : Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Experience : 4-5 years+ in similar role.

Excellent Relationship Management, Communication and presentation skills, Business Solution Creativity, Documentation, Management Report writing, Business Planning, Market Research, primary research, Secondary Research skills
