Religare Health Insurance - Head - Data Analytics

A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead teams in the Data scientists, BI, Data platform and Data analyst group.

- Manage Data Platform and BI strategy including data sourcing, acquisition, integration, warehousing, as well as all activities related to analytics and reporting.

- Leverage data science to understand key member segments and behavior drivers. Revenue growth by building advanced Data Science/Machine Learning models using structured and unstructured data

- Create data driven culture for Product, Growth, Digital Analytics, Customer Experience, User Acquisition and Retention level

- Creativity and experimentation (A/B Testing): Testing an integral part of all feature and product releases to understand what will and won- t work.

- Collaborates with senior management / functional heads to devise effective short and long departmental goals and strategies.

- Creates actionable goals that make it possible to turn that mission into tangible results.

Assesses the company's many different projects from the products down to the daily administrative activities to make sure they align with the company's goals.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally in order to facilitate Analytics involvement with projects across all business areas and development of new analytical project opportunities.

B. SKILLS REQUIRED

- Knowledge of atleast one analytical programming language (eg Microsoft SQL Server, R, Python)

- Strong time management and organizational skills

C. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

- Experience 5+ years in building and running Data Warehouse/ Data Lake, Business Intelligence & Analytics projects.

- Ability to convert business problems and ideas into products and solutions.
