- Identifying key partners in implementation of the program 

- Designing of Care management solutions by using advanced technological integrations Client Relationship Management - Group - Healthcare pitch and relationship management of group clients and brokers 

- Analytics of group healthcare trends and bench marking with industry standards

 - Designing of Wellness propositions at individual and organizational levels 

- Overseeing execution of the programs at ground level Customer Connect - Wellness programs for Non health customers and channel partners.
