Job Title: Head of Finance

For Religare Securities Limited, a leading broking & distribution company, we require a senior resource who will be a member of Executive Leadership Team and should:

- Have strong external agency skills, will need to interface for treasury management with Mutual Funds, Rating agencies, Banks & contribute to the IPO process

- Possess strong financial planning & analytical skills

- Possess core accounting skills

- Have approximately 15 years of experience

The chosen candidate:

- Will be reporting to the CEO

- Will be eligible for annual performance based bonus
