Hiring for SOC Managers

- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls relating to compliance, change management, information security, system backup and recovery, business continuity and disaster recovery

- Evaluate and monitor control deficiencies and provide guidance to management related to improvement of existing policies, procedures, documentation and review processes.

- Effectively manage multiple tasks

- Knowledge of the OWASP Testing Framework, OWASP Top 10, WASCTCv2, Sans-Top 25, CWE 25

- Strong understanding of security incident management, malware management and vulnerability management processes

- Provide input on tuning and optimization of security systems based on observations recorded from alerts being received.

- Experience using any one of the tools like Burp Suite,Qualys, Netsparker, Nessus, NTO spider or any other Application VAPT tool to perform security assessments (with a focus on manual testing)
