Job Description :

As part of the BP team you are responsible to:

- New BP acquisition

- Revenue from new BPs

- Existing BPs revenue & Performance

- New segment activation

- TPP revenue by BPs

- New clients from mapped BPs

Criteria:

- Sales mindset

- Good communication skill

- Convincing skill `

- Learning ability

Selection Criteria:

- Good communication (verbal and written) skills

- Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital market

- Post Graduate from recognized university or college

Experience - Minimum 7 years Franchisee acquisition preferably in broking industry
