Reliance Retail - Talent Acquisition Specialist - JIO Cloud

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our JIO cloud team in identifying, screening, hiring qualified candidates, to plan, execute employee programs and events that enhance our culture. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing passive candidates and cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for JIO Cloud through innovative outreach methods.

You will work to reduce the time it takes to fill each position while continually striving to improve the satisfaction of your hiring managers, Create inspirational and transformational employee experiences that reinforce Reliance's culture and inspires employees to be active participants in creating and nurturing the culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead by example and provide recruitment support to the organization

- Own the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and disciplines

- Drive technology, process and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process

- Proactively recruit passive talent

- Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team

- Utilize the world's best recruiting tools to get the job done better, faster and more efficiently than ever before

- Deliver against set metrics to provide consistent results and data-backed progress.

- Work with employee volunteers to plan & execute programs with oversight across all employee experience programs.

- Be a champion for our culture.

- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and our regional culture champions, as they are key to our success.

- Lead and coordinate employee volunteers and put the spotlight on employees who lead by example.

- Collaborate with team members to creatively formulate new ideas for all programs to ensure each is meaningful, personal and supports the overall goals of the organization.

- Develop and implement activities, services and programs to enhance the employee experience, communications, retention and engagement.

- Work cross-functionally with various departments and individuals on different levels within the organization.

- Evaluate and utilize tools, vendors and technologies to support the overall team.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Engineering/MCA /MBA.

Knowledge & Skills: (Indicate which criteria are mandatory)

- 4+ Years of Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition and talent engagement.

- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop effective relationships and partnerships at all levels within the organization

- Extremely organized and detail oriented

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and passive candidate sourcing

- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn as a recruiting tool

- Hands on experience in planning and executing employment engagement events.

- Experience effectively hiring and motivating talent

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in a role that focused on people engagement.

- Collaborate with team members to creatively formulate new ideas for all programs to ensure each is meaningful, personal and supports the overall goals of the organization.
