- Assist the State Sales Head in driving any sales programs, from time to time - Budgeting and forecasting sales, preparing sales reports and collection plan - Monitor territory wise sales target vs achievement number on a daily basis - Periodic review of market coverage and reporting key efficiency index, to the SSH - Take periodic feedback from sales team, to help SSH develop, key competitive responses key strategies Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and using data, to continuously search for new opportunities, in order to increase sales in the Territory - Should have experience in managing retail sales - Should have experience in on boarding retailers from across the respective region with right value / assortment and quantity
