Objective: Identify the performance, skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and create, select and/or suggest learning experiences to fill this gap
- Develops and designs courses and learning material.
- Build Simulations, assessment tools and e-learning course/material
- Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.
- Develops instructor's manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.
- Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and customer engagement during the entire journey of learning.
- Keeps current on best practices in instructional design.
- Writes scripts for video and audio content.
