This is a key initiative for the company in its endeavour to drive a digital revolution in India, enabling access to digitally enabled goods and services for millions of Indians.
- We are looking for outstanding candidates to join the consumer-facing Product Team that aims to revolutionize customer experience in the digital fashion environment by creating innovative, customer-first, viable experiences. You can be a part of developing and launching new services for this venture across channels - web, tablet, mobile, and future channels.

What are the nature and scope of responsibilities the candidate should have handled :
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities for the Men's apparel and accessories segment with the objective of creating a differentiated product experience
- Lead User Research with the objective of understanding the core needs of this fashion segment and come up with innovative solutions
- Prepare a business case on the problem statement with necessary market research
- Define product features and requirements that technology and business teams can relate with
- Test for usability, feasibility and robustness of the product
- Work closely with technology teams through development cycles
- Work cross-functionally to ensure technology, business and user needs are aligned
- Work cross functionally to drive Product Launches and Release
- Generate, share and action data-driven Insights to drive conversions and engagement
- Contribute to a culture of user-centered innovation, knowledge enhancement
- Train and manage high performance teams
Knowledge & Skills :
- Top-tier MBA with tech. education/ experience/ interest
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities; Big Data experience preferred
- Customer first mindset - Ready to roll up your sleeves and get to the root of the every issue impacting the customer.
- Good technical knowledge
- Knowledge of any commerce platform features/modules including PCM, Order Management, Payments, WCMS, Vouchers, InStore, Customer Service, flexible search, workflow & collaboration, personalization.
- Direct exposure to consumer retail with a working understanding of retail economics
- First-hand product development cycle experience - Contextual Enquiry, Persona segmentation, Storyboarding, User Story development,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Top-tier MBA with tech. education/ experience/ interest
- 4-6 years strategic/product experience at a consumer facing product company
- Passionate about digital consumer innovations
- Abreast of new technologies, services and innovations, around the world
- Strong ownership mind set and deep customer empathy
