Job description : - Support Sr. Leadership in key initiatives and by leading strategic projects, championing change, and helping plan and execute. - Responsible for Monitor, organize, and improve project tracking - Responsibility includes Financial Analysis, Strategy formulation, Analytics support, business modelling & providing inputs to Leadership to enable better decision making. - Collaborate with members of the division to evaluate progress and refine plans, while exercising sound judgment for project progress and project direction - Assists Business Unit Leader in developing tactical programs to support the business unit's goals (financial, operational efficiency, market share, etc.) - Prepare necessary financial models and profitability reports related to existing or new initiative - Project Manager & Lead special projects & enabling effective review of workstreams - Conduct research & diligence on industry trends; Track industry growth & conduct competitor analysis - Coordinate with various business heads & with liaison with various external and internal stakeholder - Analyzes the business unit's activities and trends and compares analyses against the standards and best practices. - Create forecasts, budgets and subsequent validation of assumptions through regular reporting. - Presents findings and implements strategies to address tactical and strategic goals. - Conduct feasibility analysis and risk assessment. - Analysis 40% of Work Stream, Reporting 40% of Work Stream, Planning 20% of Work Stream
