Our plans are big and we want to revolutionize customer experience & convenience in the digital environment by creating scalable and seamless multi-channel experiences by connecting buyers & sellers of all types and sizes across the nation. Towards that goal, we need leaders who will join hands with us in achieving them.

We are looking for program management professionals who understand eCommerce and can delve deep into the digital world on one side but also can detach themselves from the details whenever required and draw a big picture and a strategic view of the program.

Job Accountability :

- Responsible for scoping, planning and executing projects of the eCommerce platform.

- Manage and drive user stories and functional specs and project plan timelines from inception to delivery by balancing time, cost and quality while maintaining high performance standards

- Release planning and prioritization based on business criticality and available resources

- Standardize performance measurement through KPIs. Data collection to derive these KPIs objectively.

- Manage 3rd party development costs, tracking and reporting utilization vs plan.

- A zeal to continually find new ways to improve process and ensure timely delivery and high quality

- Stakeholder management and collaboration with architects, engineers, marketing team, creative and other team members

- Serve as primary liaison between development partner and internal eCommerce teams

- Regularly communicate project status updates as per communication plan

- Understand the enterprise architecture roadmap and ensure compliance of the platform to the enterprise architecture. Liaison with the rest of the organization to plan and monitor integration of the platform to rest of the enterprise systems

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) :

Domain : Must have a good understanding of the eCommerce domain in at least one retail segment (Grocery, Fashion and Apparel, Specialty, etc.) covering functions ranging from Channels (Online, Mobile, Call Center, etc.), Web Merchandising, Search, and OMS.

eCommerce Program Management : Should have demonstrated experience in managing eCommerce projects.

Project Management : Should be aware of standard project management principles and methodologies.

Enterprise Architecture : Should have an understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration.

Technology : Should have a fair understanding and knowledge of eCommerce platforms and open systems technologies
