Purpose and scope of the position Sales Planning | Site Merchandising | Cataloguing | Omni Channel Operations | Discount & Promotions Management| Inventory Management
Key Responsibilities :
- Merchandise Sales Planning (Sales, Markdown, Inventory)
- Monthly sales, offer requirement, inventory availability
- Target & Initiatives
- Category, Brand wise daily targets and initiative planning for the month
- Ops Plan to ensure Top-line achievement
- Regular follow up with central team for optimizing inventory
- Track the inventory and other related metrics to ensure availability of merchandise online.
- Track daily and hourly sales to understand ongoing trend and propose changes basis target achievement.
- Markdown Proposal and Management by identifying ongoing trends.
- Inventory management & follow up with central team to ensure maximize live inventory

Catalogue
- Follow and review with Studio & QC team for on-time sample receipt to ensure completion of catalogue process ahead of GRN
Site Merchandising
- Tracking and coordinating with buyers for banner changes on the website
- Planning, Analysis and tracking of banner properties to ensure maximum visibility
- Tracking the visibility metrics to replace or move any site properties
- Coordinating with the marketing team and be in sync for all promotional and boosting activities
- Reviewing the banner layout and share feedback with relevant teams
- Online Banner/Promotion sync with Store Kiosks
Stakeholder Management & Reports :
- Align Central team spoc on monthly flash plan/sale events & required approvals
- Weekly Sales review with central team spoc
- Weekly sales review with QC team to ensure timely go-live
- Weekly Reviews with internal Category team for all performance discussions as well a Non live actionable' s
- Using Tableau and Excel to create reports for ease of access and readability.
- Reporting for Content/Catalogue and tracking all metrics to maximise BU's visibility.
