Reliance Retail - Manager - Talent Management/Campus Engagement

We have an opening for the position of Manager - Talent Management/Campus Engagement position with our central HR team.

- Effectively engage with campuses and introduce engagement programs for campus cadre

- Responsible for effectively handling campus initiatives and hiring across all formats in Retail

- Effectively handle educational programs for upskilling store associates

- Responsible for creating framework and effective execution of cadre building programs

- Designing step up programs (as and when assigned)

- Collaborate with L&D for effective roll out of on boarding and orientation program

- Monitoring and reporting on key metrics on talent management and publishing dashboards.

- Collaborate with the business team for the execution of key strategies by anticipating talent management issues and solutions as appropriate.

Basic Qualification : MBA with 6- 12 years of experience
