- Assist the State Sales Head in driving any sales programs, from time to time
- Budgeting and forecasting sales, preparing sales reports and collection plan
- Monitor territory wise sales target vs achievement number on a daily basis
- Periodic review of market coverage and reporting key efficiency index, to the SSH
- Take periodic feedback from sales team, to help SSH develop, key competitive responses and key strategies,
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and using data, to continuously search for new opportunities, in order to increase sales in the Territory.
