Reliance Retail - Lead - HR Reporting & Analytics

Reliance Retail Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Reliance Industries. Founded in 2006 and based in Mumbai, it is the largest retailer in India in terms of revenue. It has a total of over 2800 stores in India with an area of approx 128 Lac sq ft area of retail space across over 200 cities. We serve more than 35 Lac customers every week.

We are currently scouting for young bright HR Analysts who are good with details and have strong interpersonal skills.

Role Description: Responsible for generating reports to support the HR Processes as well as monitor trends and areas of improvement.

Key Result Areas :

Design and develop mechanisms for creation of real time HR Analytics dashboards.

Partner with the HR Heads to identify reporting needs that help provide comprehensive HR insights.

Closely work in association with HR IT teams to generate system based reports

Publish HR health reports based on scheduled frequency.

Monitor activity to identify trends or areas of improvement. Identify opportunities for report/s standardisation based on business needs.

Manage the creation and deployment of ad-hoc reporting requests from HR Leadership team.

Identify new opportunities for standard reports based off of queries, ad hoc requests and support HR inputs required basis business needs.
