Job / Role Purpose:

- Create, Analyze, Oversee and Own the content & communication strategy.

- Responsible for the brand communication in a manner that ensures synergy and consistency in brand language across all platforms and media for the vertical.

- Drive relevant, engaging and dynamic customer-facing content on landing pages on Swadesh.

- Own, strategies, and deliver content for all CRM campaigns.

- Understand and match business goals with consumer expectations and progressively increase click-through rates across channels.
