Should have more than 12 years of experience with atleast 4-5 years in managerial role leading a team - Should possess strong Project Management skills. A PMP certified professional is preferred. - Should have good understanding of different SDLC processes including Devops process - Should have experience in multi-stakeholder coordination and close racking of projects - Should have good understanding of Retail domain, primarily the process followed in brick and mortar retailing - Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skill - Ownership of Projects from concept till rollout with business value-addition - Coordinates through multiple teams (Multiple business and IT teams) and stakeholders to ensure key projects are given due priority and focus - Keep a close tracking of project scope, schedule adherence and keeps optimizing the same - Owns documentation of project requirements, requirement changes, training document, schedule tracker, issues reported during project stages and rollout plans - Will be responsible for multiple key or business critical projects being executed during the same period and ensure right prioritization of the projects - Should be able to quickly grasp the dynamic business environment and not only facilitate but in some cases should drive changes - Might have to resolve ambiguity though discussions with multiple teams and adopt creative approaches for problem solving
