HRBP - Corporate Office The role will have 60% TA and 40% HR Operations Talent Acquisition : - Conducts ongoing supply and demand analysis for business in the assigned area on current and future staffing and skill needs and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs. - Actively participates in annual budget planning/manpower forecasting process - Actively participates in job fairs; Source - Train - Hire programs etc. to ensure robust candidate pipeline. - Ensure Infant attrition is below..% and quality of hiring good. - Work on introduction of flexible manpower and leverage NAPS for cost effective manpower deployment in 3PL. - Facilitates process of candidate selection; interviewing; job offer; background check; and candidate on-boarding in line with organisational guidelines - Co-facilitate Employee induction program for new hires along with Training team. - Maintain and publish recruitment reports as per timelines. Regularly collect, analyse, and report market compensation data for each role of DC. - Drive GET / GT Programme to create Talent Pipeline. Talent Development : - Analyses people trends and metrics based on the guidelines provided and work towards enhancement of the same. - Partners with regional operations to align HR strategy to overall business strategy. - Provides coaching to Managers on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational guidelines. - Lead and drive employee engagement programs E.g. Induction, Assessment Centre, 30-60-90 Employee Connect, Recognition Programme, Employee connect Programme, Drive HR Policies & Process Education Programme, VOE Participation, Buddy Programme - Drive VOE Action Planning - Ensure implementation of R&R programs and policies - Ensure adherence to appraisal cycles. Drive Performance feedback session with each employee, Plan and execute training for critical skill lacking employees with Regional Training Team. - To pre-empt grievances and address grievances as they arise. - Complete all Exit Interviews and report regularly high attrition area and take proactive corrective action. High Pot (A Star Rating) should be ring-fence proactively. - All other duties assigned. HR Operation & Employee Relation : - Connect with payroll HR team for Attendance, Payroll, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits queries as needed and provide timely solutions for employees. - To maintain and audit employee data on a regular basis. - Ensure proper updating and maintaining of manpower data in SAP. Key Performance Indicators: - HR compass scores - Monthly and annual VOE scores - % Attrition levels - Adherence to program guidelines Competencies: - Leadership, motivation, people management - Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances - Communication, negotiation, mediation - Liaisoning with local labor authorities - Adherence to systems and procedures Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent (Full time MBA will be preferred)
