- The objective of the Chief of Channel position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
- End to End responsibility for Operations of SAS, SIS, B2B, Ecommerce, Store Marketing Teams, Regional Merchandising Team.
- Provide operational leadership for internal and external stakeholders by implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with the company's focus on agronomic excellence
- Play a critical role in the refinement, design and integration of organization wide, cross-team systems and processes to ensure alignment and increased operational efficiency.
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Responsible for optimizing the stock turn at the stores.
- Assist the CEO in maintaining a competitive position within the industry.
- Keep the CEO fully informed in a timely and candid manner of the conduct of the day-today operations towards the achievement of its established goals.
- Evaluate the performance of senior team members reporting to the COO.
- Ability to Develop and execute a Process driven organization with SOP and Process Manuals
- Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining, and motivating top-quality employees at all levels.
- Foster a culture that promotes ethical practices, customer focus and service and encourages individual integrity.
- Ensure implementation of learning and development plans and sustained learning for everyone.
- Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
