Reliance Retail - Commercial Controller

Responsibilities :

Monitoring & Review :

- Encouraging trade partner to participate in channel finance programe

- Monitoring & driving recievable & collection as per plan.

- Monitor & ensure scheme management and settlement.

- Managing partner life cycle management - Ensuring smooth onboarding & exit of partner

- Partnering with business managers to drive financial performance

- Supporting the Sales and Marketing department by conducting analysis of commercial opportunities

Stakeholder Management :

- Effective communication of processes, status, and queries resolution with field and sales teams.

- Coordinating with central team on periodic reviews and updates.

- Managing both internal and external audits and BOC reviews.

- Close coordination with Payment gateways and cross-functional team to ensure the smooth flow and reconciliation of collection.

Any Other :

- Ensuring timely competition of all operations of finance (refunds, commissions, payments)

- Set clear and measurable Goals & Objective and key performance indicators from the role and communicating the same for the team members

- Motivate teams to improve productivity, drive engagement in the team, and build a culture of high performance.

Inventory Management:

- Drive actions for shortages/losses with the service providers

- Review physical controls at the warehouses

- Coordinate with HO Commercial on efficiencies towards Freight & Warehousing costs
