Reliance Retail - Business Analyst

- BA works closely with the business and technical team and is a major contributor to the requirement specification deliverable, writes the business and function requirements.

- This person understand business and ensure that there is integration between business and technology. Perform feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritize deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities.

- The BA understand development processes and is very analytical with problem solving conflict resolution skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for identifying complex fuzzy problems, break it down in smaller parts and implement creative, data-driven solutions.

- Define business problems for Customer Support team and define key metrics and indicators for measurement

- Responsible for monitoring industry trends and recommend solutions to enhance the eCommerce roadmap

- Help Formulate a data driven business case for improving customer experience.

- Responsible for executing quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.

- Responsible for Creating various analysis for error handling in existing data products

- Ability to create forecasts/targets for future year growth Conduct adhoc analyses to explain variances in key metrics

- Ability to Prepare short but insightful business performance presentations for execs

- Responsible for Identifying order processing pain points and areas for improvement.

- Ability to Benchmark and monitor performance relative to industry standards.

- Partner with information security and loss prevention groups to identify and mitigate risks within new eCommerce functionality and processes

- Partner with SEO team to identify SEO needs and modify the solution based on SEO best practices

Educational Qualifications :

- Graduate in any specialization

- Masters in Business Administration in Marketing, from a premier institute

Knowledge & Skills (Indicate which criteria are mandatory) :

- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.

- Someone for E-commerce background.

- Outstanding understanding of statistics and probabilistic methods.

- Strong hands and knowledge on SQL.

- Skilled and structured in analytical thinking and strong at problem solving

- Able to design solutions that meet a range of sometimes conflicting requirements.
