Associate Planner/ Planner

We have an urgent requirement for Associate Planner/Planner/Category Planner

Key Responsibilities:

- Ownership of P&L metrics for a business unit; Looking at mid to long term planning and buying directions/strategies for a particular category

- Work with cross functional teams to understand business drivers and to drive strategic goals and initiatives

- Own primary planning deliverables of Merchandise Planning, Range Planning, OTB and monthly revenue and margin planning

- Conduct market research for business benchmarking exercises

- Create business plans, aided by data modeling and analytics in the process of business planning

- Take ownership to drive automation and proactive alerts/mechanism within respective functions

- Ownership of BAU reporting and operations with respect to category

- Monitor regular compliance against key planning metrics like: Stock Cover, GM%, Ageing, Sell Thru etc

Key Skills/ Tools: - Strong Analytical skills:

- Project Management Experience

- Knowledge of BI tools, VBA/Prev. ecom experience will be added advantage

Educational & Other Qualifications :

- Engineer + MBA (from top tier B Schools)

- Target Industry Ecommerce, Retail, Retail Consulting
