Reliance Retail - Account Manager (2-9 yrs)
- Account Manager will be responsible to manage an assigned portfolio
- She/He will reach out to existing business and understand the dynamics of the category
- Plan selection through deep understanding of Ajio + consumer insights
- Create and execute relevant sales and marketing strategies most suitable to portfolio.
- Finalizing right mix of suppliers to meet sales demand with periodic review on seller performance and growth and driving vendor relations
- Engage sellers to ensure they drive necessary investments in their business with Ajio for enhancing category growth
- Draw Sales, Promotion and Pricing Plans for event and BAU . Drive visual merchandising efforts for the portfolio around events, festivals etc
- Continuously assess business performance through data analysis , data interpretation
- End to end ownership of business ensuring good fill rates, in-stock rates, vendor reconciliations, customer escalations and other operational issues.
