- To prepare periodic training plans for all store staff in the region
- To conduct system, product and soft skill training for Store team
- Coordinate and performs training for new hire- Bronze training
- Travel to Stores and conduct trainings as per need & check on training delivery in the region.
- Record training attendance and share reports.
- Perform periodic customer service checks to access the effectiveness of the customer service training.
- Communicate regularly with the Regional & Cluster and the Regional HRBP to identify training needs.
