Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial
- Preparation of financial model for ongoing projects in coordination with Business development Team
- Meeting/discussion with banks/institutions, both on-shore and off-shore, for raising financial resources for executing various projects being implemented by Reliance Power.
- Analysis and evaluation of Project Documents.
- Finalization of the Loan Documents with Lenders Legal Counsel
- Collaboration with banks and/or investment bankers to raise additional capital as required for acquisitions or expansions, at a least cost.
2. Operational
- Compliances of various terms/conditions of the Facilities extended by banks/institutions, both on-shore and off-shore, and reporting thereof
- Preparation of internal MIS and presentation to the top management of Reliance Power
3. Customer
- Co-ordination with external and internal advisors and timely submission of the necessary information
4. People
- Constant interaction with Banks/Financial Institutions, Project Site, Accounts Team, Business Team, and Company Secretary
