The role involved heading the loyalty campaign for the company across different business & formats.
The key responsibilities are:
- Lead the Campaign and Analytics function for the RelianceOne team.
- Intelligent/targeted campaigns for individual customer/customer segments as per strategy.
- Develop actionable insights that help the business achieve its objective of putting “Customer First”.
- Supervise Campaign Operations - Deployment, Analytics and Points Upload.
- Develop Customer Analytics to drive intelligent campaigns.
- Create and Conceptualise Communication for Campaigns
- Vendor Liasioning and Management.
- Development of Analytical Framework - measuring Customer Behaviour across Store and Products.
- Negotiation and Conceptualising Campaigns with Format/Category teams to achieve their strategic objectives.
