1. To support Talent Acquisition Manager in the hiring process. Coordinating with the candidates for scheduling interviews, getting compensation documents, reference check
2. Manage end to end recruitment cycle for the candidate till closure to ensure outstanding candidate experience
3. Ensure completion of preboarding documentation of all the offered candidate to ensure smooth onboarding of new employee.
4. Build candidate database for future requirements
5. Collate and analyse the hiring MIS and provide updates to the Talent acquisition manager
Salary offered - 5-6 LPA
