Reliance Jio - Senior NBFC Lead - IT

Roles and Responsibilities -

- 15+ Years of Experience in the IT Software / Product Industry with having prior experience of being worked extensively on NBFC/ Micro Finance Retail/ Consumer Loans segments

- Preferably in the NBFC areas but can come from any other FinTech as well

- Preferably should have worked on NBFC/ Microfinance organizations

- Define the Technology strategy, Technology Roadmap, defining the right tech stack for the business

- Leading the team to bring the right engineering culture and innovation in setting up right tools and framework for Design, development, DevOps etc

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Heads and other vendors and external stakeholders in getting the right Tech for the business

- Leading the team in defining the right engineering culture and standards by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

- Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.

- Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities

Key Skills

- Deep and demonstrated understanding of latest technology stack and architecture

- Must have built complex technology architecture and design systems in a product startup or entrepreneurial environment

- Hands-on coding and design / architecture skills

- Must have end to end understanding and implementation experience of Lending platform Loan Origination, Loan Management, Collection & Recoveries, EMI product, Provisioning, underwriting, etc

- Must have hands-on experience on interfaced and integrations with 3rd party software

- Must have knowledge on analytics platform for NBFC

- Working experience with RDBMS-Oracle, Mongo, ElasticSearch & Cassandra

- Should have worked on Kubernetes and Docker, dockerize any NodeJS app and understands CI CD pipelines.
